Elite Karate Martial Arts & Fitness Centre has producing champions both inside and outside the dojo for the past nine years.

Founder Guy Ouellette is a former three time world champion with over 30 years experience in the martial arts.

Outside the dojo, Guy maintains a gruelling pace and is actively involved in promoting fitness and well-being throughout the community.

For the past nine years, he has assisted the Ottawa Senators conditioning staff in the off-ice preparation of professional NHL athletes. He has also been an enthusiastic promoter of the fitness and athletic develop.m.ent of children throughout the region.

As part of the curriculum in a number of Ottawa area high schools, Guy has provided programs for anti-bullying and self-defense, as well as enhanced conditioning and sports training.

Large corporations, such as Bell Canada, have also approached him on occasion to provide interactive fitness training and conditioning for their employees.

As you can see, Guy is an avid promoter of the develop.m.ent of self-esteem and physical fitness through the martial arts.

The Elite Karate Martial Arts & Fitness Centre is the place where you can achieve your mental and physical goals, gain self-confidence to reach new heights at work or school.

Many students who come to the Elite Karate Martial Arts & Fitness Centre want to learn self-defense skills, while others join to enhance their physical fitness levels, or to simply have fun.

All of Elite’s instructors are fully qualified, having attained the level of 1st degree Black Belt or higher. Programs are available for both adults and youth.

Elite’s unique children’s programs are effective, affordable and fun where the emphasis is placed on developing the student's attitude, behaviour and character. Each instructor is specially trained to teach their students using a proven formula that yields results.
