At Scotiabank we take immense pride in being a part of your community and serving the personal financial needs of our customers with branches located at Charlemagne Plaza, Place d'Orléans, Innes and Mer Bleue Rd. and Rockland.

From day-to-day banking and loan services to long-term investment planning,
we always strive to put the needs of our customers first.

Whether you've landed your first "real" job, just been married, purchased a home, had a child or are ready to retire, Scotiabank offers a complete range of personal banking solutions to help you reach your goals.

Our core purpose is help our customers get ahead financially by finding relevant solutions to their unique needs.

By developing an integrated strategy that incorporates the four cornerstones of sound financial management – investing, borrowing, protection and day-to-day banking – we are able to provide our customers with a solid foundation on which they can build toward their future one day at a time.

The events of the recent past have left many people feeling anxious and confused about the financial markets and in real need of information and non-biased advice. Each of our neighbourhood branches in Orléans and Rockland have professionals on staff who have completed courses in financial planning and are fully qualified to look after your financial and investment needs.

That said, even the longest journey starts with a first step. Scotiabank's ican™ plan is a simple way to get your financial future off to the right start by helping you identify your needs and set your priorities. Once you rank your financial goals in order of importance, one of our financial advisors will sit down with you and develop a personalized investment plan that will help you reach them.

But while nurturing and guiding your financial growth is an important priority, helping to develop a caring and prosperous community is also important to us. Staff's involvement in the local community through countless hours of volunteering and support at local events is a source of immense pride.

Staff at each of the four area branches are actively involved in the Team Scotia Community Program. This past year staff helped raise over $1,500 for Meals on Wheels which under the program, was matched by the bank.

Branch staff also annually take part in the Terry Fox Run as well as fundraisers for the United Way of Ottawa-Carleton, CHEO and the Orleans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre's Community Caring Club.

As an institution, Scotiabank last year provided more than $33 million in donations, sponsorships and other forms of assistance to a number of worthy causes. Giving back rewards us all.
