A proven track record
of customer satisfaction

In a world where the overriding business acumen seems to be "bigger is better", there's a lot to be said for personal one-on-one service that is both responsive and attentive to a client's particular needs.

Such is the philosophy of the husband and wife team of Troy Robinson and Shannon Labelle.

"We judge our own success based on the level of our client's happiness at the end of the process," says Troy Robinson, who inherited his love of the real estate business and client-comes-first philosophy from his parents who opened the first Century 21 office in Orléans in 1971.

After earning his real estate license in 1989, Troy quickly put his philosophy to work. Before long he started building up a portfolio of satisfied clients to the point where he received the Century 21 Masters Award in 1997, 1998 and 1999.

In 1999, Shannon earned her real estate license and together the couple have received the Century 21 Centurion Award in each of the past seven years. The designation is afforded to less than 2.5 per cent of Century 21 agents world wide.

But beyond the accolades and awards, the proof of the couple's success is evident by the fact that nearly 80 per cent of their clients are either repeat customers or referrals.

"The awards are nice to have, but they don't compare to getting a phone call a month after a transaction from a client who wants to thank you again for helping them purchase their dream home or someone calling you up and saying, 'You sold a house for a friend of mine last year and they were thrilled and I'd like you to do the same for me.' That's worth all the awards in the world," says Troy.

Besides helping clients buy and sell their homes, Troy can also help his clients find the best mortgage rates. As a licensed mortgage broker, he has access to the full breadth of mortgage lenders in Canada.

This is just one example of how Troy and Shannon can offer an enhanced level of service to their clients. The other area where they go the extra mile is by staying in regular contact with their clients.

Troy and Shannon use the latest MLS technology which allows them to keep their buyer clients up to date with new listings automatically through their automatic e-mail notification system. It is the perfect tool for the very busy, yet information-driven consumer of today.

Out-of-town buyers are given the royal treatment starting with the receipt of a complimentary relocations package containing property listings, local market statistics, resources and maps. They can also receive automatic e-mail messages containing new listings so they can start to identify the types of homes and neighbourhoods that are of interest to them before they arrive in town.

They keep in touch with their our out-of-town buyers on a regular basis either by phone or e-mail depending on the client's preferred method.

When out-of town buyers scheduled their house hunting trip, Shannon and Troy block off several days in their calendars to look after their client's needs without interruption.

As life long residents of the east end community and with their long and successful history as real estate agents going back 18 years, Troy and Shannon have an expert knowledge of the local market.

Let them put their expert knowledge to work for you by calling them at 613-323-5000 or 613-799-0616. You can also e-mail them at sales@troyandshannon.com or visit their website at www.troyandshannon.com.
