In
a world where the overriding business acumen seems to be "bigger is better", there's

team of Troy Robinson and Shannon Labelle.
"We judge our own success based
on the level of our client's happiness at the end of the process," says Troy Robinson,
who inherited his love of the real estate business and client-comes-first philosophy
from his parents who opened the first Century 21 office in Orléans in 1971.
After
earning his real estate license in 1989, Troy quickly put his philosophy to work.

Shannon earned her real estate license and together the couple have received the

"The awards are nice to have, but they don't compare to getting a phone call
a month after a transaction from a client who wants to thank you again for helping
them purchase their dream home or someone calling you up and saying, 'You sold
a house for a friend of mine last year and they were thrilled and I'd like you
to do the same for me.' That's worth all the awards in the world," says Troy.
