Orléans accused to stand trial for 2007 triple

Bush has been ordered to stand trial for the
2007 slayings of a retired federal court judge,

Orléans resident Ian Bush will stand trial for
the 2007 slayings of retired Ottawa federal tax court
judge Alban Garon, his wife Raymonde, and their neighbour
decision was handed down by a judge on Thursday following
three days of preliminary hearings during which the Crown
laid out their case against Bush.

Garons and Beniskos were found gagged and beaten to death
in the Garrons' Riverside Drive apartment on June 30,
case remained unsolved until the home invasion and attempted

in December 2014. Evidence in that case led investigators
to Bush, who is facing multiple charges, including attempted
murder, in connection withe that crime.
