OutCare Golf Classic raises $55K for palliative care

August 18, 150 golfers gathered at the Hammond Golf Club
to take part in the 10th edition of the OutCare Golf Classic
presented by Grandmaitre Virgo Evans Lawyers/Avocats and
the Heritage Funeral Complex.

this milestone. I think everyone knew that, which is why
we had such tremendous support.”

offers comfort and mobility; provide education on preparing
for end of life; and launching new programs that support
family members of dying relatives. Individual donors were
also very generous funding 15 bursaries for palliative
care volunteers through dona-tions and pledges made to
the Friends of the Classic.
