The Ottawa Jr. 67s minor midget AAA team are one win away from accomplishing something no other Ottawa and District Minor Hockey Association team has ever done -- make it to the final of the OHL Cup.

With a roster deep in former Gloucester Ranger players and a former Cumberland Jr. Grad, the Jr. 67s dismantled the Vaughan Kings 6-2 in this morning's quarterfinals, scoring two goals in each period to win 6-3.

Former Gloucester Ranger an Letrim Minor Hockey Association product William Bitten led the way on the score sheet with two goals and an assist, while Cumberland Minor Hockey alum Cole Carter added a goal and an assist.

Former Gloucester Rangers Joey Larcher also had a goal for the Jr. 67s, along with Jacon Ralmalho and Brad Brule.

The only thing that stands between the Jr. 67s and the final are the Toronto Jr. Canadians who beat them 3-2 in the round robin portion of the tournament on Friday.

The semi-final gets underway at 8 p.m.
