Imagine the possibilities...

Store and service directory

Place d’Orléans is more than a collection of fine stores and services. It is a regional collection of community conscious enterprises located in the far east end of Ottawa with a spectacular architectural design and wide sunlit walkways.

The mall contains a broad selection of stores, specialty shops and services anchored by Zellers and The Bay. Among their great selection of national and regional retailers one can find American Eagle, Lids, Boathouse, The Home Company, SportChek, HMV, Aldo, The Body Shop, and many others.

Place d’Orléans is only minutes from downtown Ottawa and can be accessed from Hwy. 174 by taking the Champlain Blvd. exit. Approaching from the east take the exit, turn left at the top of the ramp and continue through the lights into the parking lot. From the west take Hwy. 174 eastbound to Orléans/ Rockland before getting off at the Champlain Blvd exit. At the first set of lights turn right on Place d'Orléans Drive.

Place d'Orléans has ample parking facilities, some in covered areas and some underground. The shopping hours are also very convenient. The mall is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m to 5 p.m.

You will also find a number of little extras at Place d'Orléans that are sure to make your shopping experience more enjoyable. The Guest Service counter is conveniently located on the lower level in Eddie Bauer Court. Do not hesitate to drop in and ask about their different services. You can even leave your coats and parcels at the counter before embarking on a pleasant shopping experience. If you need some rest, sip on a coffee while your kids enjoy the YW/YMCA Mini-Port playground. For more information call Guest Services at 613-824-9050.

Place d'Orléans has a long history of supporting the local community through hosting various events such as FestiveArts, the Lions Club Magical Village and various March Break and summer holiday events for the kids.

The mall also has a community room and booth available on a first come, first serve basis to community groups. The room is located on the upper level of the mall near The Bay and can accommodate 30 to 50 people. The community booth, located on the lower level of the mall, is available to community groups to raise funds or distribute information at no cost. To book the booth organizations must be registered as a non-profit group and hold a $2 million commercial liability insurance policy.

Both the community room and booth can be booked on a first come, first serve basis by calling Gayle Lattimore, Guest Services supervisor, at 613-824-9468 ext. 242.
