The final option is to take any junk that cannot be recycled or donated to the local waste disposal site.

"We charge according to the amount of space the junk takes up in the truck," says Pierrette. "Items that are heavier, including gyproc and concrete, have additional weight charges. The waste disposal sites' charge rate, as well as all of the loading and clean up, is included in our price."

"Our call center staff is trained to book jobs and answer questions that callers may have," says Pierrette. "Since the call center staff cannot see the junk, they do not give prices over the phone, so we have a free estimate service. We will come and give a free estimate for the junk to be hauled. If the customer is happy with the price, we will remove the junk on the spot."
